Hurley, Hellwoman and OES

One of my fav SAR people is Chief Hurley from OES, I met him in NOLA during the floods aftermath from Hurricane Katrina. Was able to stop by OES in Sacramento and pay a visit with him after teaching a swiftwater rescue boat course on the American River in Placerville nearby.
